What is the Red Mountain Music Company?

Founded in 1998 as a single community choir, the nonprofit Red Mountain Music Company (RMMC) has evolved into a dynamic, valley-wide musical performing arts organization. The mission of RMMC is to provide ALL interested performers the opportunity to practice and refine their craft with the best musicians and performers in the industry and to provide first-rate musical entertainment. To put it simply, RMMC is in the business of helping ordinary people make extraordinary music!

The Red Mountain Music Company is currently the proud parent organization of the following :

Red Mountain Choir, a 100-member non-auditioned choir comprised of singers from all over the Las Vegas Valley;
Red Mountain Youth Choir, a 35-member non-auditioned choir for youth ages 8-15, comprised of children from all over the Las Vegas Valley;
Red Mountain Music Camp, a camp for youth, where experts teach the fundamentals of voice, dance and acting.

Why is the work of the Red Mountain Music Company so important?

Because music isn’t optional. Because nobody can’t sing. Because harmony and community go hand in hand. Aldous Huxley once said, “After silence, that which comes nearest to expressing the inexpressible is music.” We couldn’t agree more.
